Nikolas Konstant is an accomplished financier, investor, and corporate advisor with more than 25 years of experience guiding both public and private companies through growth, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. Throughout his career, Nikolas Konstant has built a reputation for navigating complex growth strategies via acquisitions and financial engineering, securing both equity and debt financing while developing strategic pathways for expansion and long-term success.
Nikolas Konstant co-managed NCVC’s $100 million derivatives hedge fund and served as the sole managing director of NCVC, LLC, a $230 million venture capital fund and indirect subsidiary of Nightingale Conant. During his tenure, he provided funding to numerous companies, including Wolfgang Puck Food Company, Nutrition for Life, On Stage Entertainment, and Platinum Technologies. He also founded Nano Universe PLC and Electric City Corporation and played a key role in the merger and initial public offering of Advanced Cell Technology, which was acquired by a Japanese biotechnology company in a $375 million transaction.
Since 2015, Nikolas Konstant has served as CEO of Pure Aviation, LLC, where he focuses on capital structure, strategic investments, corporate growth, and public offerings. Outside his professional responsibilities, he has served on numerous boards and charitable organizations, including founding the Shining Star Children’s Foundation. He studied at Harvard Business School's AMP executive advanced MBA program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in calculus from Barstow College, as well as bachelor’s degrees from UCLA and the University of Chicago.
